Saturday, August 1	Popcorn Kickoff 10:00 AM at Phil Sheridan Service Center, 4335 Confederate Way, Macon
Sunday, August 9	Show and Sell product orders are due to be entered in CampMaster by units no later than 5:00 PM
Thursday August 27	Delivery/Show and Sell Product Pickup Day 1 at 723 Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd, Macon (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
Friday August 28	Show and Sell Product Pickup Day 2 at 723 Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd, Macon (9:30 AM - 2:00 PM)
Friday October 9	Take Order product ordere are due to be entered in CampMaster by units no later than 5:00 PM
Thursday October 29	Delivery/Take Order Product Pickup Day 1 at 723 Joe Tamplin Industrial Blvd, Macon (2:00 PM- 3:00 PM)

Thursday November 19	All Popcorn Sales Money is Due to Council by no later than 5:00 PM

Booking Instructions

Popcorn pickup reservation information:

Popcorn Pickup

Please click the pickup button and select a date and time to schedule your unit popcorn pickup(s). Please be on time for your pickup. The pickup dates for Show N Sell delivery are August 27 and 28 and the Take Order dates are October 29 and 30. The pickup times are stacked in 15 minute intervals; if you arrive late, everyone will be impacted. Please communicate if you are going to be late. We will communicate if there is any delivery delay. Delivery issues are beyond our control. Saddle Creek is providing their facility and our times are scheduled based on their hours of operation.

Show N Sell reservation information:

Show N Sell storefront reservations can be made through your unit's Camp Master dashboard, for the following dates/locations (4 hour increments):

Tractor Supply, 5301 Eisenhower Parkway, Macon, GA 31206 Reservations may be made for any day from August 28, 2026 to October 24, 2026. The store is open Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Sundays 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Tractor Supply, 1235 Saint Patricks Drive, Perry, GA 31069 Reservations may be made for any of the following days: September 12, 13, 26, and 2 and October 3, 4, 17, and 18. Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sundays 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Tractor Supply, 1850 North Columbia Street, Milledgeville, GA 31061 Reservations may be made for September 12,  between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM

Show N Sells at the Macon Bass Pro Store are scheduled for weekends Fridays through Sundays (also Labor Day) from August 28, 2026 through October 24, 2026. Show N Sells at any of the Macon ACE Hardware Stores listed are scheduled from August 28, 2026 through October 24, 2026. Store availability hours during Fridays and Saturdays 8 AM - 7 PM, and Sundays 10 AM - 6 PM and Labor Day 8 AM-7 PM The 1st Street location does not have an awning; consider bringing a popup.
